Compliance Manager
The purpose of this role is to assist with and coordinate activities required to support the various business units, along with maintaining the QMS and leading internal audits.
The Governance / Compliance department provides support services across the Company, including Quality System Management, Internal audits to ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 27001:2018 standards, Compliance and GDPR.
This is a full-time, permanent position, it is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office. Core working hours are 10am – 4pm (Mon-Fri).
Responsibilities & accountabilities

Internal Audit – ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 27001:2018 standards and internal procedures

Document Control
-
Lead Auditor with responsibility for the internal clinical audit process

Coordinate and support audit bodies for external audits

Deal with all aspects of Customer Complaint, GDPR and CAPA management
Key capabilities
-
BSc in Science or related discipline, with relevant QA or related experience in a clinical, pharmaceutical or similar environment

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Knowledge of information security and IT Audit frameworks/standards such as ISO 27001

Previous experience as a lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 27001 would be desirable

Able to work on own initiative in addition to working as part of a team

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent time management & organisational skills along with a proven ability to multi-task
