Businessman Eoin O’Reilly’s firm allows for fast diagnoses of skin cancer and other ailments and the medtech came about after O’Reilly discovered he had a skin condition himself

Personal necessity was what inspired Eoin O’Reilly to set up DermView, the Irish medtech business.

The company’s technology enables patients to receive fast diagnoses of skin cancer and other skin aliments, and provides people with access to GPs, surgeons, consultant dermatologists and plastic surgeons within a 12-week time frame, according to O’Reilly, who himself has a varied business background.
